Description
At Reinosa Forgings & Castings we are specialists in the forged blocks of square or rectangular section in a wide range of steels ready to serve in multiple applications, from the manufacture of molds for plastic injection to blocks for stamping presses. Reinosa Forgings & Castings forged blocks offer excellent mechanical properties thanks to our comprehensive manufacturing process, which ranges from the optimal choice of raw materials to specially designed heat treatment and final machining of the material.
Specifications
Profile: square or rectangular dimensions in between 220 mm and 1500 mm
Length: in between 2 to 4 m, both ends saw cut. Possible to saw sections to less length
Weight: up to 25 tons
Heat treatment: controlled cooling, annealed, quenched + tempered, normalized, stress relief
Delivery condition: rough forged (black), shot-blasted or 1, 2, 3 or 4-sides machined
