Description
Forged round bars are one of the most demanded products in the industry given their wide spectrum of uses and applications, including the manufacture of discs, rings, gears, shafts and rolls among others. Reinosa Forgings & Castings offers many possibilities when manufacturing round section forged products in all types of sizes and in an extensive range of steels (carbon, high-alloy, tool steels and austenitic steels) to meet any need or project of our customers.
Specifications
Profile: round diameter from 220 mm to 1500 mm
Length: in between 3 to 7 m, both ends saw cut. Possible to saw sections to less length
Weight: Up to 50 tons.
Heat treatment: controlled cooling, annealed, quenched + tempered, normalized, stress relief
Delivery condition: rough forged (black), shot-blasted or turned
